Bids are generally binding once placed. In limited circumstances (e.g. item description error), you may request a cancellation via our support team within 30 minutes of bidding.

You will receive an email confirmation and can track payment status in your Orders section under the dashboard. Funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.

If a seller fails to ship within the agreed window, you can open a dispute. Our escrow system ensures your funds are protected and refunded if the case is resolved in your favour.

Most KYC submissions are reviewed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email update once your verification status changes.

A small platform fee applies to winning bids. The exact percentage is shown on each auction page before you place your bid so there are no surprises.
